By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a gift card, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations:
All bookings are by appointment only and are subject to our booking, deposit, cancellation, and no-show policies, which are part of these Terms. Please review them on our Policies page before booking. Appointments are scheduled through our third-party scheduling provider, and your use of that service is also subject to its own terms.
Services & Client Responsibilities:
- Eyelash extension, lash lift, tinting, and brow services are cosmetic services performed by trained technicians. Results vary from person to person and depend on your natural lashes, aftercare, and lifestyle.
- You agree to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or recent eye procedures before your service. If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, consult your physician first.
- Following our aftercare instructions is essential to the longevity and safety of your service. We are not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.
- Clients under 18 must have the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not loving your new extensions, contact us within one week of your service date to schedule a complimentary adjustment, as described on our Policies page. This is your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with a service.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are sold through our third-party payment provider and are redeemable for services at The Lash Boutique Philadelphia. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Training Programs:
Applications to our training programs are reviewed at our discretion, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Training program tuition, schedules, and completion requirements are communicated separately to accepted applicants. Certificates of completion do not constitute a state license; students are responsible for meeting any licensing requirements that apply to them.
Website Use & Intellectual Property:
- All content on this website — including text, photographs, portfolio images, logos, and graphics — belongs to The Lash Boutique Philadelphia or is used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- Our website contains links to and embeds from third-party services (scheduling, payments, mailing list, forms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability:
